Biografía/Biography
The Candy Spooky Theater se fundó en 2003 en Japón. Su fundadores, Jack Spooky y Peggy ya tenían trayectora junto a la banda Dororo, al mismo tiempo se añade Zull, quien ya había trabajado con Peggy en Art Marju Duchain.

Su música se puede desribir como macabra y dulcemente infantil. Utiliza bastantes elementos del llamada nueva ola Deathrock. La éstetica evoca personajes titeretescos que juegan en escenarios llenos de horror y terror. Durante sus sesiones en vivo es común verlos activos visualmente, al igual que es sus fotografías, dónde utilizan varios elementos porpios de la fiesta de Halloween, látigos, camisetas a rayas o de fuerza, calabazas y su maquillaje bastante expresivo.
